I have gone impacted wisdom tooth extraction surgery already 1 month passed post surgery but still my half tongue is numb and tingling sensation is persist and sometimes when I am eating my tongue gets biting tongue biting is very rare sometimes when I in hurry so I am worry about this because I searched on internet and there I came to know it's a sign of paresthesia lingual nerve damage so please let me know will it subside or it will permanent and let me know what are the signs of permanent lingual nerve damage.
