I was in habit to consume almost 300-350 alcohol before sleep every night from 25 years, now from 45 days I have stopped drinking totally. I also use to eat gutkha (rajnigandha + tulsi) from 25-30 years. After leaving drinking I do not feel any type of hunger and too much gas. I am a regular exerciser and use to go gym for 6 days a week for 75 minutes. This gas problem and no hungriness effects my performance in gym. I feel it to be leaky gut due to regular consumption of alcohol and tobacco. Will you suggest me supplements to get free from this problem.
