If the paramolars are causing pain then take them out, then orthodontic treatment
Remove your paramolar
Check if any of your teeth is carious
Pramolar is an anamoly bus not a problem if occlusion is correct , either your contact of upeer and lower teeth are not correct or u are a female having lots of stress and doing job which make u clinch your jaws i dont get your v shape part is your jaw v shaped or ur tooth
U must go for orthodontic treatment
Hi , It seems its due to third/wisdom molar erupting and there must me pericoronitis. Hasn't your dentist advised some antibiotics and pain killer for it. First of all in need to see clinical picture and an opg or x-ray of that area, before giving a final advice. Regards! Dr. Priyanshu Singh
Hi Your pain could be from the teeth, the jaw joint, or the muscles around the joint, or a combination of the above. The teeth shape that you mention could be responsible for the pain around the jaw joint. It would be best you see an Oral Surgeon for a physical evaluation and diagnosis. You may also need treatment by an orthodontist.
Are your teeth well aligned. It might be due to wrong bite in your teeth
