Chance in circadian rhythm is one of the cause of migraine. You are having allergy too. 1. The allergies must be triggering your migraine so ensure the work and home areas are vacum cleaned regularly. And using n95 mask regularly even when at home and work will be helpfull. 2. You are going against the natural circadian rhythm and any other sleeping pattern will be of poor quality in terms of sleep. So avoid night shift if you want to avoid migraine. 3. Still you can not avoid night shift you better consult a neurologist for your problem.
