Dear sir. I am having cough problem and I spit cough throughout the year. And I gets effected by cold so easily that I gets irritated by this spitting cough. So please advice me some medical tips, what to do or not, I also make noise while sleeping that peoples got affected there sleep. I am just 23 years old. And I wish to not sneeze here and there.
