Hi, Aap ne apna normal menstrual cycle mention nahi kiya? Maan lijiye agar aapka normal cycle 28dys ka hai to 14th day aapka 'Ovulation time' (jab ovum se ek egg release hota hai) hai. Ovulation hote hi egg 'Fallopian tube' (ye tube hai jo Ovaries ko Uterus se join karti hai aur) se ho ke guzarta hai. Egg ka sperm se fertilisation Fallopian tube mein hi hota hai, to Ovulation time ke aas-paas 4-5days pehele aur 4-5days baad - ye whole time sabse fertile period hota hai, jab Pregnancy hoti hai!! Kuch cases mein is time ke alava bhi rare chances mein pregnancy ho jati hai. Pregnancy hui hai ya nahi ye pata karne ke liye aap apke missed (ya expected period date) period se 1 week baad urine test kare.

Hello, you can conceive at midcycle of ovulation. Ovulation occurs at 14 day of your periods, So from the 10 day to 18 th day of your periods, your are at maximum risk of getting pregnancy.Or in the other words midcycle of periods 10 th to 18 day is a unsafe period for woman, if she does intercourse during this time period, there are high chances of being pregnant. There are many reasons of dalayed periods like stress , thyroid insufficiency,pcod etc. You can check your pregnancy by using pregnancy kit at your home after 10 days of your due date of periods.
