He should be immediately admitted and the reason for the seizure should be identified. It can be due to post op complication and should be treated as early as possible. I would suggest you to get him immediately admitted and tested for various causes for seizure disorder. In case of a seizure keep him away from pointy and sharp objects and turn him over to the side so he does not choke on his saliva.
