I'm 29 year old unmarried girl. I cannot gain weight I still 35 kg inspite of doing yoga, eating high calorie meal I have also join the gym but can not gain the weight, I have also done ayurvedic consultant. Two year before tsh is 6.90 mu/ml. But now my tsh is in normal range 0.690 uiu/mli don't understand do I have genetic issue or what. I lost all hope regarding my weight. If I have hypothyroidism then why I not gaining the weight. I don't where should go now I don't know what to do. Is it really possible for me to gain weight?

Hi. Yes definitely you can gain. It’s just doing a right thing on right time. You might have seen people who eats excess but still slim on the contrary there are people who eat less but tends to put on very fast. Every person has a different body constitution level and body temperament. You should add things that are healthy to your constitution and temperament. Better will be to check your heat level and parameters of the body. Accordingly you can make the changes in your lifestyle for best results
