Have white spots on back side, chest & belly. Sometimes it causes itching but not so much. Using kz lotion and soap for quite a few months but these are not helping permanently. What to do?

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
