Sir my left foot is injured by steel and i did MRI there are result of MRI 1.Mild knee joint effusion. 2.Ligament strain seen anterior crucaite pigment. Please advise.

Take some rest. Ice application. Then go for Physiotherapy. Examination by knee specialist is good. Please visit some Arthroscopy specialist. Dr Prashant Parate. Shoulder and Knee specialist.

Dear, you have mentioned that ligament injury but which grade? if it is grade 1 and 2 you can go for physiotherapy treatment where you can take ultrasound and ift therapy and exercises and if its grade 3 you have to go for arthroscopic repair surgery. But after that also you have to do physiotherapy treatment.
