I m not getting my complete sleep what to do in this conditions and unable to concentrate on my studies.

Sleep is very essential for all. Lack of which can lead to impaired concentration. I suggest you indulge in some heavy physical activity during the day - e. G. Walk or exercise. Don't have heavy meals at night. Avoid coffee, tea after sunset. Donot take naps during the day. Make a schedule for studying. Donot use mobiles in bed. Keep them out of reach. The light from smartphones keeps our body clock away. If all these fail, you may need to see a psychiatrist.
