I have a hole in ear. Fuss coming out of ear every day. When I have contacted ENT specialist ,he is advising me to go for operation. Can you give me a advise which can the problem with medicines.

If your ENT surgeon feels you need surgery, you better follow his advice. Medicine will only take care of the infection, but the hole in the ear cannot be closed. There are some dangerous form of the disease which can later spread to the nearby structure including brains.

Yes operation (myringoplasty) is needed to correct hole in the ear but for this ear should be dry means non-infected. Avoid water entry in the ear.
