I'm ca student and I prefer to study at night rather than a day. So now i'm sleeping at 5-6 am and waking up at 12 pm so i'm missing my breakfast and getting lunch directly at 12 30. Is it harmful to continue this schedule until november 18th?

Since you are practicing the same routine, your body clock shall adjust by itself to the presnt way of living you have. It is not healthy, obviously, because the body's physiology is meddled with but since you have to study you may continue your comfort routine. You may have trouble on the day of exam because the exam timings won't be according to your routine, so i'd advice you adopt a normal routine about 20 days prior to your exams. During your preparation days I would advice 1.you sleep well. 2.eat enough calories. 3.take breaks in between studies. 4.drink enough water. 5.exercise atleast 15 minutes everyday.
