Hi! the tab you have mentioned is like a supplement only and it is unlikely to cause weight gain but pcos by itself can cause weight gain. You are pretty young n there should not be much problem with pregnancy with pcos perse, in order to concieve you can try the following 1. Regular exercise n healthy diet (both couples for better results) 2. Regular un protected sex around the time ovulation 3.start consuming folic acid tablets 4. If the above mentioned methods fail for 6 months, den you can think of medication to help you concieve.
