there could be multiple causes if bleeding.you could have started your periods or could have bruised vaginal lining while inserting pessary and this could be causing spotting. or spotting could be due to infection. exact cause of bleeding can be told only after examination. observe for a day or two.if it seems it's your periods then fine .if not then consult your doctor
