The semiology of epilepsy consist of sudden loss of consciousness some time preceded by aura (gastric upset, nausea etc) with jerky movement of limbs, up rolling of eye ball, toung bite, bladder and bowel incontinence, some time with peculiar facial movement. Last for seconds and on resolution person may appear slightly confused for some time (minutes to hour)
