Quit smoking for a week now. Still have some chest tightness but feels like it's some gas. I plan on working out but still not sure if I can handle it. When should I begin? And what intensity should I go for? There's a youtube named "chris hernia" and one of his video which I want to start is url Be/bdjerqqqu2a (7 minute fat burning morning routine), it includes planks, burpees, squats and other such exercises. I think I maybe able to handle it however a bit worried because of that slight chest tightness. What should I do?
