Sir i feel too much sleepy and m too heavy. My age is 19 and my weight is 100 kg. What should i do? i cannot even exercise because of my heavy weight so please tell me how to loose weight so that i can do exercise and other stuffss please.

Looking at your question, it looks like you need to improve your fiber intake and also drink lots of water. Fiber intake can be increased by eating vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, etc naturally. If you are not very confident of improving through natural diet foods, then you can take organic supplements which are healthy. These are available with me. But an exercise for an hour with floor exercise is a must and should, else your very soon prone to diabetes,BP etc . Start exercise and diet from today.
