I'm having muscle pain and body pain with headache both sides, when I open or close mouth I feel/hear cracking sounds. Feeling tightening in closing palm and feet. Frequently memory loss. Before 1 year ago I tested for vit d, cbc & b12. B12 was just ok 12, vit d was 12. And cbc was okay as per Dr. Hormone reports were ok as per Dr. He prescribed vit d injection and sachet & becosules capsules. I don't smoke/drink. Don't go outside to take sunbathe, at that I was having high bp because of anxiety. Now I don't think i've anxiety because I meditate and almost very few thoughts on mind. Dr. also did echo it was okay. Cholesterol was little bit moderate. I've to go for fresh after eating food or once in 24 hours with hard stool. Now i'm feeling continuous headache and muscle pain tightening and cracking sound.
