I am 25 years old male. Few months ago I had mild symptoms of covid 19 which was cured by anti biotic injectable, but now theres a stinky smell in my nose and sudden palpitations of heart along with abdominal pain, my doctor said I am suffering from anxiety, but in personal I am very happy person, my current medication is tablet rantac 300, zucc vitamin c, zapiz 0.5 mg, and during palpitations my heart beat goes to 125bpm, please guide me about this,

Hi, could empathize your problem. It could be due to fear and past experience of covid 19. The smell in your nose could be due to cough and cold. When you have these symptoms, there is a chance of abdominal pain while coughing. You might feel it after sometime too due to mental conditions. Palpitation may be due to fear too. You might be a very happy person. Then given your current situations, you started worrying about your health. Divert your mind to your favorite hobbies or interact with people who gives positive energy. Remember you were a happy person and you can be a happy person now. The choice is yours. If required, speak to a psychologist and take help.
