I am 46 years old and I am having migraine problem from roughly 10 years now and I was prescribed'napra -d 500 mg'. I am taking it from long time and every time I have a headache I take it. Is never -d'a good tablet for migraine? And is there any better substitute for it? Is it harmful?

Naproxen is usually the drug of choice in mild to moderate migraine. I need to know about the severity to consider prophylactic treatment for your discomfort.
