Good evening lybrate-user sir thanks for your query before answering your question I need to know about the severity of your migraine attack. Naproxen is usually the drug of choice in mild to moderate migraine. I need to know about the severity to consider prophylactic treatment for your discomfort. If you are willing we can discuss the options coming to your question, there are new medicines like tolfenamic acid which can be given for persons who are not compliant with naproxen. I hope I answered your query nm0608.
