Hello doctor my lmp was on july 20, I was on letrozole 5 mg for 2nd cycle. I am also on susten 400 mg from day 16 to present, today I had slight brown discharge just a wipe on towel that's it is it due to susten? And also I have cramps near belly button. Is it all because of susten!

It depends on day of cycle you had spotting on. Slight spotting around ovulation is considered normal.
