Progesterone containing drugs like duphaston, primolut-n will cause withdrawal bleeding soon after stopping them. What you are experiencing is probably the same. Duphaston won't cause bleeding if you are pregnant. You could do a pregnancy test to confirm it. You can contact me if you have further doubts or if you need help with management of pcod.

If the withdrawal bleeding was very less, do a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If negative, you can consider this as your periods. Sometimes if the endometrial thickness is very less, menstrual flow will also be less. You can do ovulation monitoring in this cycle and if required also take ovulation induction drugs as suggested by your gynecologist.
