I have two children now 16 and 8 years. By birth I use to give them good diet as possible. Even after their eyesight are weak. My daughter has wear spectacles in the age of 10 and now boy is starting problem in eyes at the age of 8.not a single member in our house is with specs. Other children use to see more tv and mobile then mine. Why it is happening.

Hello lybrate-user ji, nearsightedness is most common problem in children nowadays as our lifestyle is becoming complicated, watching tv, continue mobiles in our hands, internet surfing & a lot more. But in ayurveda we have a lot of ancient remedies which can be helpful in avoiding theses situation.
