My mother's (age 50) right leg calf (not left one) muscle pains a lot whenever she rests on bed or couch. Pain disappears when she walks or is standing. She doesn't suffered any injury in any leg. She is on antidepressants and a multivitamin nootropil tablets for more than a year. What's the cause behind this consistent pain?
