I have acidity, bleeding piles, gastritis, nausea,constipation since 10 years .i m regularly taking rabeprazole domperidone from last 10 years I don't take spicy and oily food. Whenever I take any food or salad it vomited. I visited to gastroenterologist. They had done my endoscopy 4 times and colonoscopy 1 time. They gave me very costly medicine of monthly rs. 7000 .they can't solve my problem. every time report is normal. So what should I do now for removing the habit of taking cyra d regularly. I am not taking any stress. But I can't effort the rs. 7000 medicine .my age is 42.

No details of Medicines prescribed. Surprising. Million Dollar question after all these tets done multiple times and with a medication so costly, ...What is the Diagnosis. Presumably IBS . Irritable Bowel Syndrome which usually has anxiety and stress as a background . Bleeding piles can be handled independently by a Practologist by confirming its diagnosis and permanently treated by some surgical minor procedure. For simple Gastric Acidity and Dyspepsia Rabeprazol D continuously for Max 8 weeks settles the matter. Investigations for H. Pylori is necessary. I think You should find out most experienced and reputed Gastro enterologist attached to Medical Institution for second opinion and detail counselling
