I have some issues with the stomach. I never get hunger feelings. Though I don't eat much. Yesterday only I had breakfast and then dinner nothing in between. Please suggest something to induce those hunger feelings again.

Hi, Kindly start eating small frequent meals every 2-3 hourly. Keeping long gaps may give rise to hyperacidity. Have soup, Orange or Papaya with meals for better digestion. If it does not help, kindly check for your liver and gut health from your doctor.
