Namskar sir, actually mujhe last three months see danton mai jhanjhanahat hai aur nabhi ke upar pet ke undar ek upper ki tarf cut sa hai jo ki do inch lamba hoga aur pet mai dard rhta hai left side nich jyada dard hota right side bhi hota hai aur nabhi kabhi aisa dard hota hai puri boody sun pad jati hai aur sikin bhi surkh sa rhta hai hath mai blood ke dhabe se bane hain kya karun please kuchh consult dijiy thanks.
