I fell on the stairs a year ago and at the time I thought nothing of it except. Ouch! but since forever I have been trying to gain in my butt area and I never have stayed consistent with my workouts but when I finally did I noticed that there is a dent in my butt and when I exercise it only grows on the lower part of my butt. Like it has grown n I can feel and see it but right above that area there's a decrease and especially from the side I can see there is a dent in my minimus (where the end of an upsidedown heart is on the butt). I did some reachsearch on. Subcutaneous fat and if I could grow it etc I am wondering what is the best way to grow my booty and get rid of this dent. My butt is misshapen to me and I hate it 100 % please help.

Exercises help and also massaging your butt with oil helps. You can use balashwagandhadi oil for massaging regularly.
