I am a 26 years old male. I suffer from chronic anal fissure and internal hemmoroids (Grade 1-2). No bleeding. But I feel pain while passing stools. And while passing stools I feel like anal canal is kind of constricted so I have to consciously pass stools without straining. I used dobesoft ointment for 2 months and take laxatives and sitz baths. My pain has reduced but my fissure and piles have not gone completely. Whenever I try to consume Tea/biscuits, Meat, oiled chapatis. I face a hard time in toilet. Is there an option without surgery by which I can get rid of this condition. I wish I could resume my normal healthy life as this condition is kind of frustrating. Please suggest some positive advice. Allopathic? Homeopathic? Ayurvedic. Whatever cures it. I am ready 2 go for that.
