My eyes are paining alot I think due to more use of electronic gadgets around. Like mobile. Tablet, and my laptop but I obviously can not stop using thn as I have to do lot of work using these things so of you could suggest some precautions tht would be really helpful.

Get check eyes for refractive error Adequate sleep 7-8 hrs in a day One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour Consult me for further Management
