Hi doctor ,day before yesterday night my husband accidentally took 4 paracetamol 500 mg tablet at once .then he experienced diarrhea more than 10 times .yesterday he was very tired and had slight shivering .today he is little better but looks tired and not eating properly. Kindly advice me on this.
