I am 27 years old. My doctor suggest me to take diane 35 and normoz tablet for 6 month. After completing I was advised to quit the diane 35 tab and continue the normoz tab. After taking the last diane 35 I got my periods on 1 june, then after 14 days I got periods again and it last for 4 days and it is medium flow. Now again on 24 june I am bleeding with brown like colour. But it is spot like flow .so I want to ask is it becoz of quiting diane 35 tab ?what may be the reason I got three times bleeding in 1 month?

Hi lybrate-user you are having pcod and taking hormonal tretment for long time so your doctor wanted to see whether your pds become regular or not if it get regular ie pcod is becoming in control. After stopping diana 35 you got bleeding three times you are having spotting type bleeding from 24th I will advise you to take trenexa 500 for 4 days and see bleeding stop or not if stop then just wait and watch when your next pd comes if it comes on 24th it is good but if after 8-10 days then again you have to take hormonal tretment. One thing I adv to start with normoz tab. You must be having pcod and irregular periods is due to absence of ovulation. You need to continue cyclical hormones for 3 more months. Drugs for ovulation induction will make the cycle regular.
