I am 27 years old and I have erectile dysfunction for over4 years and I went to see a urologist recently and he said I had left sided varicocele and because of it I had microlithiasis and imbalanced hormones. Elevated level of estradiol of about 60, increased fsg, and increased progesterone levels, testosterone was 19 he said I need to have surgery and so a few days later I underwent a laparoscopic varicocelectomy. I noticed after the surgery that I had increased blood flow to my penis and I started having little erections, as a result of this I masturbated on the 4th day after surgery and then 3 days after that again. I noticed I began to feel pains in my left scrotum after this but there was no swelling of the scrotum, it was mostly at the epidydymal region when I palpated the scrotum and I started having feelings of spasms or contractions under between my scrotal-anal region anytime I did a valsalva maneuver on exhalation after squeezing my pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds. It felt as if there was backflow of blood. And now i?m feeling as I felt before the surgery, no erections. Please tell me what your opinion is about this, did I mess up the surgery by masturbating too early and when can I start having sex, because I was recommended to see an endocrinologist after the surgery?
