Please provide some suggestions about the followings so that I become able to sustain my health. Respected sir/ma'am, I am preparing for a special kind of competitive exam. To ace that exam I tend to sleep 6 hours only which causes me tired due to continuing it for 8/10 days. I do like this because I have to work everyday from 9 am to 3 pm (6 hrs. For that reason, I have to manage time because I don't have any alternative except this schedule. As a result, sometimes it seems that I do need sleep 10 hrs in a day. So if I do sleep 10 hrs everyday, everything will obviously go in vain. That's I have decided to study more and more sleeping only 6 hrs. So, if I continue study like this with my work, will it affect my health? I need some details about it.

Quality is more important that quantity. If you tend to sleep less, your mind would be cloudy, so learning will be slow.
