I had gone through rct for 2nd molar on 2016. Now on 2020 my tooth cavity is showing a small white plaque which is not painful. Is it normal? Is my tooth cavity is filling normally?

Hello lybrate-user. Have you done capping on the same tooth? If not than please do it. Rc treated teeth become brittle and can fracture due to hard food or biting. The tooth cavity is showing you something white that might me your filling and might be normal. If will be best if you share just a picture of that tooth you are worring about.

Hello Lybrate user. It is a great misconception that cavity fills by its own. You need the cavity to be restored otherwise infection will spread more in the affected tooth. .you need to expail in detail about the rct treated tooth. Whether there was capping on it or not. Photograph of that affected tooth region is required. For detailed diagnosis consult me through chatbox.
