I have tiny black dot on one of my tooth. Sometimes I feel mild sensation when chewing my food. I tried to brush it off but it would not go. Could this be cavity? Pls help.

Hii lybrate-user, black discoloration of teeth is a sign of tooth decay/caries. This will not go with routine brushing. You need to visit a dentist to get it treated. Dentist will remove the decay and fill the cavity.
