I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. This can occur for multiple reasons that cause intra-abdominal pressure to be abnormally elevated, including being overweight or obese, frequent overeating, lying down too soon after eating, chronic straining or coughing, or chronic heavy lifting. These are typically the people who are more susceptible to gerd. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
