Sir, I am having 273 fasting sugar and 316 post lunch (pp) in recent check, I am not taking any kind of sugar control medication and I am having 600 triglycerides, in this regard I would like to clarify dout form you, in this above condition is there any chance to get low sugar i.e.hypoglycemia please clear my doubt my feeling is with out using sugar medication people never get hypoglycemia is correct or not my age is 47 male.
