Lmp 11 april. Age 24. spotting 17 may, 2 inches long & 2 mm thin clot .but after that no bleeding. No pain .but now I am suffering from vomiting, morning sicknesses. And test is also positive .dark line. Folic acid, projection medicines I took lost month. Now I am in confusion am I pregnant? Or miscourgae it was? Suggest me.

Hi adv .to go for usg for fwb preg test is positive i. E.you are pregnant but better to get ultrasound done for growth of baby. Ok.

?vaginal bleeding in the early pregnancy is common and does not always mean there is a problem. ?however, bleeding can be a warning sign of a miscarriage and sometimes indicate ?ectopic pregnancy? (baby develops outside the womb, usually inside the fallopian tubes) or ?molar pregnancy? (rare condition where placenta develops abnormally). ?you will usually be advised to do ultrasound scan if you have bleeding. Ultrasound will exclude the possibility of ectopic and molar pregnancy. ?if ultrasound is normal (pregnancy inside the uterus and heart beat is present) and no cause for the bleeding has been found, then you need not worry. ?in some women, the bleeding can continue off and on throughout the pregnancy. It may cause anxiety but usually often does not affect the baby. ?if the bleeding is so heavy that your blood pressure drops, you collapse and your condition becomes severely ill, you need urgent hospital admission and may even need emergency treatment to stop the bleeding by taking out the baby. Please ensure that ultrasound is done before you take decision to end the pregnancy. ?in that case, we may advise progesterone tablet/ gel/ injection, although whether it?s effective in keeping the pregnancy healthy or not, is not known exactly (?empirical treatment?). But progesterone is not harmful. Progesterone may be of benefit if you had miscarriage in previous pregnancy. So, please do usg for pregnancy urgently.
