My eyes are getting weak day by day. I have weakened them by excessive use of laptop and mobile phones. Their lights have done all the damage. My eyes itch, get wet and now my seeing ability has reduced that I face difficulty in reading a book also. I cannot see words in the book properly, then I use very bright light and then too it's very hard for me to read words in the book. I want to have proper treatment and then a spectacle also according to my eyes, a spectacle which can defend me from light coming out of mobile/laptop too. But is this treatment possible using online service? If yes then pls tell me.
