I'm a 24 year student. I have got some white patches near wisdom teeth. My wisdom teeth are coming from last 2-3 years. Now they have come out almost completely. Skin near wisdom teeth have been thickened as compared to earlier days and some extra skin has emerged out which is pink and white near the end of wisdom teeth. Due to the extra skin, I can't put my upper wisdom teeth exactly on the lower wisdom teeth and can have lower chewing problems. And sometimes I see light yellowish fluid coming out from those whitish skin which smells bad. What are its reasons and does this symptom give sign of any big disease like cancer? I'm also a regular smoker from last 2 years.
