I am a 60 years old male working overseas and I have an on and off skin problem for the past 10 years now. All of a sudden I am experiencing some itchy tiny pimple like growth mostly concentrated in my lower shoulders and portions of my forearm. I have observed that it most commonly occur only whenever I am in my assignment overseas. Can desalinated water cause such medical condition?

It specifies related to your location at a particular place. This is an allergic manifestation. Could be caused by anything. Best thing is'nidaanparivarjan' (sanskrit) i. E. Prevent/ remove the cause. If you can't, you have to make your immunity strong enough to tolerate such small allergies. My suggestion is whenever you decide, decide in favour of herbal immunenhancers/ antiallergics which are non toxic, naturals. Though could be slower but will have sustainable effect for longer periods.
