I am 41 years old. I was placed on a combination of letrozole and clomid tablets. I was also given an hcg injection 10,000 iu on day 13. My period is 15 days late with negative pregnancy test results. Am bothered, what could the problem be. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user. I need few more details to know the problem. Like height, weight, married since how many years, any children? Treatment for infertility since when did you start? Usually by now you will know if your pregnant or not by urine pregnancy test. But as you did not get your periods till now we ll wait for one more week and see. Or to confirm you can get a blood test -serum beta hcg. Once you get the report follow up with me. I can discuss the problem with you. If you have your previous reports like thyroid, scan, husband semen analysis tests please take a picture and send them. Thank you.
