Three years ago lis surgery was done by a renowned colorectal surgeon for anal fissure and he told that fissure will not come back again. But as a side effect of antibiotics my stool becomes hard and then anal fissure again recur. 3 days have been passed but problem is going on. It means do I need another surgery?

Anal fissure can not be healed completely by surgery (as you have already seen in your case). However anal fissure can be completely treated by graded kshar karma treatment.
