Anal fissure can not be healed completely by surgery (as you have already seen in your case). However anal fissure can be completely treated by graded kshar karma treatment. In this treatment; specialized ayurvedic medicine namely graded kshar is applied in fissure region. Graded kshar debrides the fissure and promotes healing. In this way fissure can be healed completely in 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings at weekly intervals. This is an opd treatment and no hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment. Now you should take sitz bath followed by application of some healing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. You may take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder for easy evacuation of bowel. For further support; you may call reception at sushruta ano rectal institute.
