Hie from last 7 months I am having this mucus kind of thing back in throat which I need to clear it out, I have consulted with ent after examination they said its not post nasal drip its acid reflux they gave me medicines but even after taking medicines I do not feel better also whenever there is large amount of mucus which I need to clear it out I get cough and tongue turns white, when I gargle with salt water there is no whiteness of tongue but once I stop gargle the whiteness comes back I am confused as this is irritating me alot what is this with my throat and tongue can anybody please explain me?
