I went for routine medical checkup today- only deviations were- bilirubin total-2.6,bilirubin conjugated (direct)-0.49 mg/dl. Rest all are in range in blood and urine test. There is no specific symptoms as such also before 1 year my routine medical checkup said: bilirubin: 1.69 is there anything I should do? Is something going wrong? Pls suggest any diet changes if applicable. -no previously diagnosed condition or allergies or regular medication bmi: 25 regular physical habits: I walk regularly 7-8 kms due to my profession (field engineer) left alcohol/smoking 6 months ago.
