Hi. I am 23 weeks pregnant and 32 years of age. I do not have any problem like diabetes, high blood pressure issue or thyroid. My left uterine artery pi was 1.8 when I did my usg at 20 weeks. Doctor has prescribed me ecosprin tablet daily and asked for repeat ultrasound at 24-25 weeks. Kindly suggest if this issue is of major concern and how can I lower my left uterine pi.
