Drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies.Follow small meal patterns exercise for an hour. Engage in different kinds of physical activity like swimming, jogging, yoga, aerobics etc. Most of the times doing a same activity and for same amount of time for months might make your weight stagnant. Increase the intensity of exercise. It helps
