I'm in last year of my college and I have many more work related to studies but I always wanted to sleep BUT want to study as well whenever I take books fr study I get bored in no time I'm worried I want to work how can it be possible please motivate me really in need. I want to study but not able to please help n how can I decrease my sleep so that study will not get affected.

What you are facing is nothing but exam related tension, which is quite common. ADVICE: There is no pill for this but you can follow these tips which can be helpful: ?Drink lots of water. At night, as you study, keep water at hand and sip it regularly. ?Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. ?Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. ?Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. ?As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises. Concentrating on your breath can help bring more oxygen to the brain which will in turn wake the body up and help clear your mind to study better. All the best!:)
